3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Slim Files shall not be liable for any damages (including data loss or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use our tools.

4. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operation is based.

5. FEE & SUBSCRIPTIONS Certain high-performance features require a Pro subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
